Office Space

Various offices available for hire, ranging from 250-350 square feet in size (can be let semi-furnished if required). Fully serviced with rental charges designed to include everything except itemised telephone and broadband usage.

Under floor heating, individual secure keycode entry, use of secretarial services, a shared kitchen and access to our Atrium area are just some of the benefits of operating from Aspire. Residents of Aspire will also receive preferential rates on all of our facilities, including conference room hire. Parking and full external security is provided.

Hot-Desking & Virtual Office

If you require a space to work with internet, telephone and secretarial services but only on an ad-hoc hourly basis, our hotdesk facility is the answer.

A cost effective way of having your own offi ce by the hour from just £10. Please call for details.

Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of our “virtual office” option. Here you have no need for an office space but still require the professional image and service Aspire can provide. We can offer full corporate identity from just £25 per month.

Start Up Offices

To support our remit in assisting newly established businesses we have small “Start Up” units for rent.

These are a low cost and efficient way of operating from a professional business address without the expense. Individual units with secure keycode entry, telephone, work space and broadband access – absolutely ideal for that new enterprise.

Fully Equipped Conference Room

Whether you are holding seminars, conferences, discussion groups or regular team meetings, you will find our flexible modern approach to meetings ideal.

The Conference Room seats 25-30 in the traditional boardroom style however our unique flexible soundproof wall allows the room to expand, seating 40-50 comfortably in theatre format.

The equipment available includes digital projector, flip charts, integrated audio system with amplifier and a hearing loop, TV, DVD & Video.

Training Suite

Our training suite boasts 8 fully networked computers, printers and broadband internet connection. The suite enables Aspire to host a number of IT based training courses and is also an ideal location for smaller groups to meet, seating 8-10. The room has telephone, DVD/Video, flipchart and all the other facilities you’d expect to find in a meeting room.

We also offer access to our secretarial services including photocopying, typing, and help with brochures/fl yers etc.

Small gatherings or larger group discussions – we can accommodate all using our flexible rooms. Booking is easy, full-day, half-day, or by the hour. Catering is also arranged, from simple light refreshments to finger or folk buffets for you and your guests.

Incubator Offices

To support our remit in assisting newly established businesses we have 2 small individual “incubator” units for rent. These are a low cost and efficient way of operating from a professional business address without all the expense. Individual units with secure keycode entry, telephone, work space and broadband access – absolutely ideal for that new enterprise. Please call for a look round and quotation. From £50 per week on a flexible easy in and easy out basis.

Training Courses & Workshops

We are running a selection of professional and skills based training courses here at Aspire. These will enable local people and businesses to enhance their skill levels in many areas from basic IT training to professional development in areas such as motivation, coaching and communication.

These courses are delivered by our qualified tutors and we are often adding to the variety on offer – please call for details.
